About Francis Tuttle Technology Center

Francis Tuttle Technology Center was established in 1979, when the boards of four school districts — Deer Creek, Edmond, Putnam City and Western Heights — passed a resolution to form Vocational Technical District 21. Over the years, the districts in Cashion and Crescent were added, establishing the district's current network of partner schools. Francis Tuttle serves the population of the District by providing professional and career advancement training opportunities at various levels. High school students who attend our partner schools and home school students who live within the district — and who meet the requirements — attend classes at no cost other than those that come with specific courses. Classes are only available on campus. Financial aid is available to those who qualify.
