New York Automotive and Diesel Institute (NYADI) opened its doors to mechanics in 1994. The school is the center for automotive, diesel and auto body technology education. Students train at this school to become a Master Certified Automotive Technician, Truck & Diesel Technician or a Master Certified Collision Repair Technician. All instructors are ASE certified and provide the knowledge for students to obtain their certifications and information. In the fall of 2014, New York Automotive and Diesel Institute was awarded National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF), Master Accreditation for its automotive and collision repair and refinishing programs. The school is military friendly, and financial aid is available to students that qualify.
