Auto Mechanic Training Program at Vatterott College

The field of automotive repair is critical to our way of life – we need our cars to run and get us to where we need to be. Our automotive technology program can get you started in this field by teaching you the necessary skills to gain employment at a range of facilities. Independent automotive shops, dealerships, and companies with fleets all hire trained professionals to repair and service vehicles.

"Because automotive technology is becoming increasingly sophisticated, some employers prefer automotive service technicians and mechanics who have completed a formal training program in a postsecondary institution. Job opportunities for qualified job seekers should be very good." - Bureau of Labor Statistics
